There’s more to a PDF document than what you see on the page. Metadata is the unseen content containing information about the PDF file, including its title, author, subject, keywords and copyright information. While mostly invisible to the casual viewer, metadata information falls into searchable fields in the file, so it can be accessed by search engines. If it’s searchable, then most users will want to optimize those details to boost their search ranking.
We are much likely to work on PDF files, because it is the prevailing file format with high security and versatility to present digital contents. However, when we encounter large PDFs or need to assign specific pages of a PDF to different members for collaboration, we will have to split PDF pages. Acrobat gives you three choices once you have selected the pages you would like to extract. You may delete the extracted pages, save them as separate PDF files, or use them to create one PDF file. It is just as important to be able to merge multiple documents as it is to split them up.
Permissions settings are effective only if the user’s PDF viewer respects the settings. PDF export includes options to choose how links in documents are exported to PDF. Comments violating those rules will be removed. Comments that don’t add value will be removed, including off-topic or content-free comments, or comments that look even a little bit like spam. All comments containing links and certain keywords will be moderated before publication.

Check if your Preview display files in this way, there is no sidebar to display Thumbnails. Deactivating it with the button in the upper right of the explorer window should fix the problem. I remember reading in other threads that if you close the PDF then reopen it, you may then be able to delete the pages. This problem has come up quite a bit and all I can think is it is a bug. Go to Edit-Preferences and in the Documents section see if PDF/A View Mode is set to Always. Change it to Never, then try to delete pages.
Copy the shareable link and select Share with others to send and notify your recipients via email. If you want to share your file, select Share next to the file name in Adobe Acrobat Reader Online. Drag the signature to where you want it to go and then select Close.
You can click the “Open Files…” button on the home window to upload a file from your computer. The PDF will now appear in the centre of the screen with three options listed below. These are Extreme Compression, Recommended Compression, and Less Compression. One downside is that the size of the files can be substantially bigger than a comparable Word or PowerPoint document. Right-click over one of the selected items, and choose “Print” from the dropdown menu. Click “File” and “Save As…” to save the image in whatever format you prefer.
